RETURN POLICY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please email service@simservice.com to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Packages without a proper RMA number will be refused.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Simservice.com accepts returns and exchanges when the following conditions are met:

The package must have a valid RMA number on the address label.

The RMA number must be requested within 14 days from when the item was received.

Simservice.com must receive the return within 10 days from when the RMA was issued.

The equipment must be returned in brand new condition, with all components in its box, and there should be no cosmetic or internal damage to the unit and its components.  Merchandise must be in original factory condition including all packaging materials inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.  Product packaging must be unaltered. The equipment may not be registered with its manufacture.  Software CDs must be sealed. The unit must have less than thirty minutes of talk time.

The customer’s invoice or order number must be included in the package along with an explanation for the return.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for every return.

At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damaged or require service and any applicable fees for canceling product registration. These charges will be charged to the customer's credit card without need for further approval from the customer. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.

Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Simservice.com will never refund shipping charges. 

If a package is refused, not signed for, or sent to the wrong address because of a customer error the customer may be charged for the refusal, to reship the item, or to redirect the package. If the item can not be redelivered or the customer can not be contacted Simservice.com will refund the customer minus the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee once the package has been retrieved.

Simservice.com will repair or replace defective merchandise within 14 days.  “Defective” is defined by the manufacture warranty.

If your package appears damaged or is taped with plastic or duck tape, please refuse the package.  Simservice.com will start an investigation and receive credit from the shipping company responsible for the damage.  If you were unable to refuse the package, call or write Simservice.com immediately and save all parts of the package for the shipping carrier to inspect.  Customers must cooperate with Simservice.com and the shipping carriers’ investigation in order to receive credit or a replacement for any items lost or damaged in transit.
